The holiday farm is located five kilometers from Gubbio,
a city rich in folklore and art.
Gubbio is known throughout the world for its Festa dei Ceri, which takes place every year on 15 May, the eve of the feast day of S. Ubaldo, the Patron Saint of the city. Other manifestations include the Palio della Balestra, a crossbow tournament between the crossbowmen of Gubbio and Sansepolcro on the last Sunday of May and a procession of Il Cristo Morto on Good Friday.
Starting on December 8, Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Gubbio celebrates the Christmas season with the lighting of the “World’s largest Christmas Tree” on the slopes of Monte Ingino. At the top of the mountain the incorrupt mortal remains of the holy Patron Saint of the City, Ubaldo, are preserved in the BasIlica.
